From unconfirmed sightings of ghastly apparitions to dread-inducing felt experiences, Cockatoo Island has a history of paranormal occurrences that stretches back more than a century.
Find out for yourself with Ghostyard – A Paranormal Tour. To expose unseen forces, we’ve equipped your guide with a K-II EMF reader and a pendulum – devices used in paranormal detection.
As you search for ghosts in buildings rarely open to the public, you’ll hear macabre true tales, including grisly murders, botched prison escapes and incidents of gang violence.
Book our Overnight Fright Experience. After the tour, you’ll stay the night at our waterfront campground. No need to bring or pitch a tent – we’ll take care of that, so you can remain on high alert for spectral beings. Pleasant dreams, campers!
The easiest way to get to Cockatoo Island is by public ferry.
